This Adult Foster home is in  the Village Park. This home is fully renovated with modern amenities and high vaulted ceilings. This comes with a very nice lanai overlooking sweeping views of Diamond Head and West Loch where residents can enjoy  relaxing and fresh air. Only  minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center.   The private room is bright and comfortable and located directly across the bathroom. Note: home is gated. Care Provider owns a sliding transfer bench for ease of showering residents. ***May add portable A/C per request***** SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
