This Adult Residential Care Home is in Village Park.  Only  minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. Beautifully renovated home with high ceilings and  has a lanai with gorgeous sweeping view of  Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor in the distance.  The home is beautifully decorated  and comes with quality modern finishes.  The client can choose from two private rooms available. NOTE: Scroll down to bottom for more photos. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
