Located in lush, green Palolo Valley. Palolo Choi-Jung Korean Care Home strives to maximize the quality of life and dignity of your loved ones. Their experienced, compassionate and nurturing caregivers provide personalized nursing care and engaging, and stimulating activities in a newly constructed and intimate home set on a beautiful and relaxing campus. Each resident will live in a private and spacious room that is equipped with a TV, Internet, telephone and other amenities. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Care Coordination
  • Medical Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
