This Adult Foster Home is located in Village Park (Waipahu). Conveniently located near freeway and only minutes to Queens Medical Center-West as well as shopping and eateries.  This private room is very expansive. It comes with  hospital bed, A/C, TV, and has it's own loveseat and a table with chairs in the room. Meals:  3 meals per day plus snacks.  Specializes in local food. Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions Activities: Individualized per client's preferences Laundry: Provided by caregiver Transportation: Provided to doctor’s appointments
