This Expanded adult residential care home  is  the Waipahu neighborhood. The interiors are newly renovated with  rooms that are comfortable and bright for residents. Conveniently located Near H-1 Freeway exit. It is approximately 15 minutes drive from Mililani and 30-45 minutes drive from Kaneohe and Kailua over the H-3 freeway. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only  minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. Available rooms:  Multiple private rooms and  shared (two in a room) SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • This care home has own handicab transport company and can provide transport to medical appointments. Details can be discussed with care provider.
