Close to all major hospitals (Kaiser, Pali Momi Medical Center, Kuakini Medical Center ,Queens Medical Center Punchbowl, Straub Hospital). All rooms are furnished comfortably with A/C and large windows that bring in natural light.
Care Provider owns a transport van to use for residents to doctor appointments at no charge.
All rooms and bathrooms are equipped with two way intercom/emergency button communication system
Has two large full bathrooms with walk in shower

SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver owns a medical transport van for medical appointments which is included in the monthly rate. Escort provided by care provider.
