This Adult Residential Care Home is beautifully newly renovated  and located in Kalihi Valley. Care Provider is an experienced Registered Nurse (RN).Conveniently located and only minutes to major  hospitals. Each room is thoughtfully designed to create a warm and welcoming environment. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with safety features to ensure the well-being of the residents, including nurse communication systems and accessibility enhancements. Your loved ones can enjoy the privacy and tranquility of their own space while feeling secure and cozy in their surroundings. *Each private room comes with a closet. SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
