This Adult Foster home is in Waipahu conveniently located near freeway. It is 30 minutes from town and approximately 15 minutes drive from Mililani and 30-40 minutes drive from Kailua over the H-3 freeway. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only  minutes to Queens Medical Center-West, and to Pali Momi Medical Center  and Pearlridge Shopping Center. The private room has modern furnishings and comfortable.  It comes furnished with a hospital bed, T.V.,night stand and lamp. NOTE: A/C may be added upon request SERVICES PROVIDED: CAREGIVER works full time at home.

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: Home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Specialize in local food and per client’s preferences
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
