This Adult Residential Care Home (ARCH) is located in Kalihi Valley. Conveniently located near Likelike Highway, 15 minutes drive from Kaneohe. This home has an attractive newly built extension to the home for the residents to enjoy with modern amenities and beautifully designed interior details. Care Provider is an experienced LPN with years of clinical expertise. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
