This   Adult Foster home is located in Kaneohe with Koolau Mountains in the background. Conveniently located near shopping centers and eateries within a few blocks and approximately 15 minutes to Castle Medical Center. This private room is bright and charming. This home has an intimate garden with collection of exotic orchids  and two koi ponds for residents to enjoy. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: Home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Specialize in local food and per client’s preferences
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
