Care Provider is an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over 10 years experience with caring for seniors. Highlights of this home: -Care Provider  is a LPN and lives on property and works full time at home caring for the residents -Staffing day & night: 2 and has additional secondary caregiver if needed (staffing subject to change) -Secondary caregiver (SCG) is spouse who is a CNA, additional SCG lives upstairs -Ample parking in driveway SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences

  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
