This home has an outside lanai for relaxation and fresh air.  Conveniently located Near H-1 Freeway exit. It is approximately 15 minutes drive from Mililani and 30-45 minutes drive from Kaneohe and Kailua over the H-3 freeway. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only  minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center.

This private room is bright  and comfortable and   includes a hospital bed, A/C, TV, cable, wi-fi, a closet, night stand and lamp. It even comes with a mini-refrigerator in the room. Note: Care provider has a small pet dog in home. SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
