About This Home

This Adult Foster home is the Waipahu neighborhood. Conveniently located Near H-1 Freeway exit. It is approximately 15 minutes drive from Mililani and 30-45 minutes drive from Kaneohe and Kailua over the H-3 freeway. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. Care Provider is experienced Nurse aide and has additional professional background as a physical therapy assistant. This private room is comfortable and bright includes hospital bed, A/C, TV, cable, wi-fi, a night stand and lamp. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
