This Adult Residential Care Home is located in Salt Lake in an attractive neighborhood. This home has a large backyard lanai with lots of greenery, and overlooks a stream and a golf course. Ample parking space available (expansive driveway). Has enclosed gate and home has alarm system for doors  for residents that are at risk for wandering. Rooms available: 1 private room with attached bath (bathtub), 2 shared rooms (2 people in a room) Additional bathroom: Shared bath with roll in shower. Note: may add portable A/C upon request. Care Provider is an experienced RN and secondary caregiver is also a RN.   SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
