This Adult Residential Care Home is located in Pearl City.  15 minutes to town and minutes to Pali Momi Medical Center and Pearlridge Shopping Center. Neal Blaisdell Park conveniently located next door. Multiple rooms offered: shared rooms and  a private room. Rooms are comfortable and bright.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
