This is an Adult Residential Care Home located in Pearl City. Close to Pali Momi Medical Center and shopping and parks. Spacious outdoor space and a gazebo for residents to enjoy. This home also has a dedicated sensory stimulation room for residents to participate with different types of activities such as arts and crafts and other activities to engage residents to socialize.   • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
