About This Home

This Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is located in Moanalua. Located close to Kaiser Medical Center and minutes to other major hospitals. Care Provider speaks Japanese fluently and caters to Japanese clients. Also prepares Japanese comfort food. All the private rooms are expansive and conveniently located close to main bathroom. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions. Specializes in Japanese comfort food.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
