About This Home

This adult foster home is located in a quiet neighborhood of Mililani.  Minutes to shopping, and clinics. Approximately 20 minutes to major hospitals. The private room is bright and comfortable.  This home has a small pet dog. Note: A/C may be installed upon request. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions. Examples  of foods served: local food (beef stew, curry, stir fry,etc). Fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences. Types of activities provided: coloring, puzzle, karaoke.
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
