This Adult Foster home is in the neighborhood of  Kapolei, conveniently located near highway exit.  Close to Kapolei shopping mall and clinics as well as near major hospital of Queens Medical Center-West . This home has a large yard with garden and also a nice covered lanai where residents can spend time outdoors. This private room is 100 sq. ft. NOTE: A/C may be installed upon request. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions. Specialties include: Asian, American, and Hawaiian food.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Care Coordination
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver owns their own Handi-van and provides  transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments and outtings.
