This magnificent Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Makakilo (Kapolei). This home is renovated with  attractive high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows creating lots of natural light in the home. This semi- private room is cheerful and bright. It comes furnished with hospital bed, and  amenities including TV, cable, wi-fi, A/C, ceiling fan, and a large closet. The main bathroom is also created with safety features and has a convenient roll-in shower. The caregiver owns two sweet and affectionate small dogs (see pictures). They provide therapy for the residents in the home. SERVICES PROVIDED: Caregiver speaks Fluent Japanese, has a Degree in Japanese Studies. Able to prepare Japanese meals.

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: Home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Specialize in Japanese and local food, as well as American food. Please refer to pictures for sample meals prepared by caregiver. 
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
