I had to find a place for my 92 year old Mom who suffers from dementia and is bed bound. Rose (Elite Carefinder) reached out to me to offer their services in assisting me to find Mom a good home. Rose asked a few simple questions and within a couple of days had lined up a few foster care homes for me to visit. She sent me pictures of each so I knew beforehand what each place looked like. She made it so simple for us to make an appointment at each place for me to visit. She kept in touch with me daily until I made a decision on where to have Mom live. Rose understood what a difficult decision it was for me to move Mom to foster care and provided emotional support. I cannot thank her enough for her help in making this transition so smooth. Rose has an enormous contact base of hundreds of small to large care homes on Oahu and maybe other islands to find you the right fit for your family loved ones who need full care. She was a delight to work with and found us a place for my sister who has Alzheimer’s in a matter of a few days giving us several choices from which to choose. She takes the task of you finding the right fit without the work and submits photos and details of each property by email or text for you to view and narrow down what fits your requirements. I needed to move my very sick 97 year old uncle into a care home with 24/7 care as soon as possible. Since I was unable to start an intensive search I simply asked the nurse at the facility and she suggested contacting Rose of Elite Carefinders. I was immediately and pleasantly surprised to talk to someone who was very helpful, straight forward and compassionate. She answered ALL my questions with honesty and shared information to help me find the right home for my uncle, NOT to just suggest her listing. She encouraged me to check out her referrals to see if it was a good "fit". She was able to give me a list of the care homes in the community I requested and even sent photos of what the living set up of each home looked like. She checked out these homes prior to my appointments to make sure they were safe, clean and accessbile and legit. I did find a very good home for my uncle quickly and am pleased that all the interviews between my uncle and care home providers went well. We chose one that was perfect and I am extremely grateful that Rose provided the extraordinary help to find a place for my uncle in a timely manner. When our stepmother’s needs exceeded what could be provided at home, we knew it was time to find her a care home. Finding a proper care home was immensely confusing. My mother was in an Assisted Living Facility when she fell and fractured her vertebra. Initially we looked at moving her directly from the first Home to a new facility. Rose worked quickly and efficiently and had 5 recommendations within 24 hrs...2 were very attractive but we stayed at her current facility for 7 months. By then it was obvious that the initial care home's memory unit was too institutionalized for my mother who became very depressed and regressed in that rigid environment. I reached out to Rose again and she immediately recommended 2 lovely facilities and our family chose Manoa Senior Care for its open, caring environment, homey feel with excellent staff. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Rose was instrumental in finding the right place.

We reached out to Rose at a particularly difficult time. Mom was wrongfully discharged by her nursing home before Christmas which sent the family to utter distress and chaos.
