We can't thank Rose and her associates enough for the assistance in finding immediate skilled care for our 82 year old mother who had an unexpected fall, which resulted in a severe head injury. Rose Gallego is an amazing person, who provided outstanding service in locating a foster home for my long time friend. He had been at Pohai Nani for several years and his condition deteriorated rapidly and needed 24 hour care. We searched for weeks and everyplace we contacted was full. Then someone recommended Rose, Elite Care Finder. Within one week she had found three places with vacancies for us to visit. Once we selected the home, Rose oversaw the entire process; insuring all medical documents and test were completed and finalizing all paperwork. My friend is now in a great place.

Kaiser placed my Uncle on Hospice in July. I live on the mainland and traveled to help him navigate his care through Hospice and to help him to move from his retirement center to a place that can provide the care that he needs. Having recently retired as an RN for 30 years, I was shocked how different it is to find placement for the Hospice patient in Hawaii vs a hospice patient in Oregon. Rose was very knowledgeable and familiar with the different facilities that are available for these patients as well as others. It really helps with her RN oncology background as well. She does the leg work and paper work so family members can focus their time on choosing the best facility for their family member and making it a smooth transition for all ( the receiving facility and the family and the client)

Many thanks to Rose for helping me find the perfect Care Home for my friend. She guided me through the process while directly communicating with doctors and Social Worker which helped tremendously in completing required paper work needed for placement. She shared her knowledge and expertise in a way that was easy for me to understand.
