Rose was a life saver! On a holiday weekend at the last minute Kahuku Medical Center (after telling me my Mom with dementia would be in rehab for her broken pelvis) told me to Medicare won’t cover it, they made a mistake and we have to pay $1900 day. Rose was great getting me information needed to get the process started. We didn't know what to do to find care for mom, but Rose came to the scene, she had a wealth of knowledge on care homes, the people who offer care, and the cost, rules, and options out there. Rose never let a day go by without reaching out to me to make sure we find a good match for moms care. All referenced care homes were great and each care giver had over 10 years experience in home care. Rose made selecting a care giver very difficult as they were all capable and caring homes and families. I felt at home when I met each care giver and their families making the selection difficult. Rose walked us through the process from start to finish, always letting us know about the options and cost along the way. She responds to any request for information or questions the same day, most times within 30 minutes or less. Rose was "on it" from the beginning staying in constant contact, but gave me the choices to be made for moms care. My wife U'ilani, myself, and my mother all appreciate Rose's help and how she made the transition as simple as possible in these stressful times for our family. Rose was in contact with the Kahuku hospital, Adult Care Services, and her contacts and help set everything up to get mom into a care home. Rose met us at the care home when we brought mom from kahuku to Lyma's home. She greeted mom with flowers and cookies, had flowers for my wife, got me a lei and cookies, and even flowers for the care giver. She's a sweetheart for sure. GRATITUDE!!! Rose, lived up to the name of her company.”Elite” care…. That was definitely the type of service she provided. My journey with her started when I had already been looking for a care home for my friend(Ward) that has special needs. No care home would take her. I was referred to her from a facility who said they really didn’t take clients in with this particular needs. I had a deadline and my time was running out. Although desperate to find something, I still wanted the best. So I called Rose, a bit hesitant and prepared to be turned away once again. But, to my surprise Rose said she was up to the challenge! She even gave me options! I was pleasantly surprised. She helped find the perfect match of a care home with all the needs crossed off my list and more. She was there from the beginning, everything in between all the way to the finish line. She helped along with all the paperwork and set up the zoom meetings, interviews etc… To see the smile and joy radiating from my friend when she arrived at her new home was absolutely beautiful, perfect, amazing and such a relief. I canʻt sing Roseʻs praises loudly enough! My search for a care home had become frustrating . I just wasnʻt finding a good fit for my dear 99 year old friend and time was running short. Then someone suggested calling Elite Care Finders. Rose was professional, caring and she listened carefully to my criteria and my friendʻs needs. Within 24 hours she had some suggestions one of which was perfect. Rose was on top of everything all the time. The assessment was done quickly, the agreement signed,the Case Manager hired, and she followed through with the rehab facility to be sure all the discharge needs were completed, meds ordered, equipment in place. I was kept informed of each step along the way and she came to the Care Home on day of admission to be sure all went smoothly.
