Rose is absolutely incredible. I could always trust Rose to have my back. As far as placement goes, she’s your expert. And she knows paperwork related requirements off the top of her head like no one I’ve come across. She’s definitely not in the industry for the money or she’d be a billionaire. She takes so much of her unpaid time to take care of even service providers she works with. She takes pictures for care homes to ensure they highlight little details about their home that make it special. When work was less busy we would go on for hours on our own time brainstorming together how we could work together in offering a higher level of care and quality of life for our seniors. She is honest. When you ask her something whether the answer is good or bad, you’ll get a straightforward answer and solutions and optimistic outlook that never fails to shine. I don’t know what I would have done without Rose’s help in finding a care home for my husband . She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in cutting through all the paperwork and contacts needed in finding the right home. After my aunt's assisting living facility unexpectedly informed me they could no longer provide care, I had one week to find a new placement. I contacted Elite CareFinders and spoke with Rose. The beginning of February I wanted to relocate my husband with dementia/alzheimer and behavior problems from his former care home to another care home. My goal was for him to be in a new care home by March 1st. I was told no one will take him and I couldn’t do it in such a short time. I tried a social worker to help me, he was no help. I frantically looked on the internet to find a place for him, I was told either they had no opening or my husband needed a smaller facility with special care. I didn’t know there was different type of care home for different needs. How can I find a home for him in less than two weeks. I prayed to the Lord for help because time was running out and I felt my back was against the wall. What if I cannot find a care home for him, what do I do, I cannot care for him. Around February 20th, I was told to call Rose, she can help me. Desperate I called Rose, my "Knight in Shining Armor" (an angel on earth). Rose assured me my husband will be at a new care home by March 1st. Rose is so knowledgeable about the different care homes and case managers, she gave me homes to visit, I found one on February 24th, Rose did all the paper work and on March 1st, my husband was in a new care home. Rose is amazing, I believe the Lord brought Rose into my life when I had nowhere to turn. Rose told me the day I called her, my husbands new caregiver called to tell her she have an opening. Rose went above and beyond the call, multiple times, to assist my family with getting my dad into a foster home. It was also done on very short notice, which was both impressive and efficient. On the day of dad's move in, she showed up to the foster home with lei, flowers, and food from Zippy's. Yet another example of Elite CareFinders going above and beyond the call.
