This Adult Residential Care Home is located in Wahiawa in an attractive neighborhood. Each room is designed with comfort in mind. This home is has a very nice lanai outside overlooking beautiful mountain views. The family has been in the caregiving business for over four generations. This home offers both private and shared rooms (2 persons in a room). Note: To view more pictures of home, scroll down to bottom of page. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
