About This Home

This Adult Residential Care Home  is  located in Pearl City. Minutes to shopping and Pali Momi Medical Center.  This home has a very large private room available. You are greeted at the front of the home  featuring a  a very nice koi pond. The private room is expansive and bright, room measures 132 sq. ft.  Note: May add portable A/C upon request. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences (puzzle,coloring, outings)
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
