Has exceptional work experience in Emergency room as well as ICU, and all areas of medical/surgical nursing. Initially operated as a foster caregiver and has converted to an Expanded Care Home(E-ARCH).

This stunningly beautiful Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is located in Kalihi. The Care Provider is an Advanced Practice RN with exceptional skills and decades of experience. This home is conveniently located in town in close proximity to all major hospitals (Kuakini Medical Center, Queens Medical Center, and Straub Medical Center and Pali Momi Medical Center. You are provided the highest level of quality care in this special home. This beautiful and bright shared room (two in a room) measures over 156 sq. ft total with an attached modern full bath with a roll in shower and comes with very nice a large walk in closet. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Able to provide complex care as Care Provider is an Advanced Practice RN
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
