This elegant Expanded Adult Residential Care Home (E-ARCH) is located near Salt Lake. Centrally located it is  only 10-15 minutes to town and to major hospitals. Caregiver has a beautiful collection of plants that include air plants, cactus, and zz plants. This private room bright,very spacious and measure at 110 square feet (11 ftx 10 ft) . Also comes with a  dresser and large closet space.    SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions. Specializes in American and local food.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
