This Adult Residential Care Home is located in an attractive neighborhood of West Loch Fairways in Ewa Beach. This home is fully renovated with modern amenities. This Care Provider is experienced and home is licensed for 3 residents. The private rooms are bright and comfortable. Each room has A/C, TV, closet, and seating . 24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care

Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car.
