This Adult Foster Home is located in Ewa Beach. This home has beautiful modern, comfortable furnishings and care provider is very experienced. Only minutes to shopping , and beaches and QMC-West Medical Center. This home has a outside lanai where residents can get fresh air, and has an attractive collection of plants. This private room is expansive, room measures 144 sq feet. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
