Kafamilya Adult Foster Home This Adult Foster home (Community Care Foster Family Home) is located in the beginning of Ewa, in a quiet and attractive neighborhood in West Loch Fairways. Located directly near  Queens-West Medical Center.  It is approximately 15-20 minutes drive from Mililani and 30-45 minutes drive from Kaneohe and Kailua over the H-3 freeway. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. This private room is expansive and room comes with a table and chair set for visitors to spend time with the resident in the room or for resident to use for doing activities. Conveniently located across the main bathroom. This home has a covered lanai where residents can relax and  enjoy gentle breezes during the day. SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: Nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Daily Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
