Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only  minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. This home has 3 private suites and 1 shared suites (2 people in a room).

SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
