This Adult Foster home is newly renovated and located in Waipahu. Conveniently located Near H-1 Freeway exit. Just minutes to Waikele Premium Outlet. It is approximately 15 minutes drive from Mililani and 30-45 minutes drive from Kaneohe and Kailua over the H-3 freeway. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. This home has stunning interior designs and elegant furnishings. Residents and families can enjoy the large yard and a covered lanai where you can listen to the sounds of the water fountain adjacent to it. This private room is charming and comfortable. A/C may be installed upon request. Care Provider also speaks and understands Japanese and has extensive experience cooking Japanese food and local food. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions. Types of meals prepared: Japanese food-sushi, tempura, nishime, miso soup; American and Local foods-pot roast, seafood bake, Chinese food, etc. She also bakes a special banana bread.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
