This charming  Adult Foster home is located in Waipahu. Home is conveniently located near freeway. It is approximately 15-20 minutes drive from Mililani and 30-40 minutes drive from Kailua over the H-3 freeway. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only minutes 5 minutes to Queens Medical Center-West, and 15-20 minutes to from Pali Momi Medical Center  and Pearlridge Shopping Center. This private room is bright and comes furnished with a hospital bed, night stand and lamp, as well as a large closet. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: Home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Specialize in local food and per client’s preferences
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
