About This Home

This Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is located in Salt Lake. Conveniently close to town and the Windward side. Minutes to major hospitals. The private room is expansive and includes a large closet and a comfortable recliner. Note: This home has an additional full bath for residents to use. Maximum Capacity in home: 5 residents (currently 3 females and 1 male resident) Highlights of this care home include:

Generous staffing (more than most care homes): 3 staff in home on Day shift (2 CNAs & 1 NA) 2 Staff in home on Night Shift (1 CNA & 1 NA)
Consistent staffing-this helps provide quality care as the staff get to know the residents well
Variety of Meals and Themed meals (Example: Sushi Sunday), Specialize in authentic Italian cuisine
Spacious living room and multiple areas to lounge

SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
