This Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is conveniently located in Salt Lake. Only minutes to town and major hospitals. And near H-3 for families living in Kaneohe and Kailua. This home has a covered lanai for relaxation overlooking a stream and a golf course in the backyard. Additional information: Room sizes vary. Some rooms have A/C . One shared room has an attached bathroom. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
  • Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
  • Medication Management
  • Monitoring Vital Signs
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
