About Care Provider
Care Provider has been a CNA for decades (since 2009). He is a FULL TIME caregiver. He also has a secondary female caregiver(co-shares caregiving) that lives on-site who is full time at home to assist the residents.

About This Home
- 24 hour supervision
- Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
- Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
- Medication Management
- Monitoring Vital Signs
- Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
- Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
- Laundry
- Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
