About This Home

This Adult Residential Care Home is located in a very attractive, quiet neighborhood of EWA BY GENTRY in Ewa Beach. 10 mins to Kamakana Alii mall, less than a mile to Ewa Beach shopping center, walking distance to a park and less than 5 mins drive to Queens Medical Center West Oahu. Foster home is a 5-bedroom single home with newly renovated interior with modern design and has a relaxing shaded and backyard garden where residents and visiting family member can relax and gather. There is also a small koi pond in the backyard. Care Provider and secondary caregiver are highly skilled and experienced. Additional Details: Private room size: 110 sq. ft.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hr supervision
Nutritious home cook meals 3 times a day and snacks per client’s preference and dietary restrictions.
Assist in ADLs: Assist in feeding, ambulating, transfers, bathing and toileting and incontinence care
Medication management
Daily vital sign check and blood sugar check as needed.
Daily activities: simple exercises, stationary bike, walking, socialization with family members, holo-holo drive during weekend.
Assist with their doctor’s appointment and scheduling and medication refills.
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their services to doctor’s appt for client’s who are able to transfer in and out of the car with minimal to no assistance needed. Clients requiring more assistance in transportation (wheelchair bound, full assist) care giver can arrange for private transportation which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
