About This Home

This Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is located in Aiea. Conveniently located Near H-1 and H-3. It is approximately 15 minutes drive from town and 15-30 minutes from Kaneohe and Kailua. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. This private room is comfortable and bright with hospital bed, beddings, A/C, TV, cable , wi-fi , night stand, lamp and chair. Note: This home has two large full bathrooms for the residents to use. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
