This Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is located in Aiea. Conveniently located Near H-1 and H-3. It is approximately 15  minutes drive from town and 15-30 minutes from  Kaneohe and Kailua. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only  minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. This private room is comfortable and bright with hospital bed, beddings,  A/C, TV, cable , wi-fi , night stand, lamp and chair. Note: This home has two large full bathrooms for the residents

-Care provider and wife both work full time at home caring for residents.

-Care Provider owns a transport van that can accommodate wheelchair bound clients to doctor’s appointments

-Cusine: Japanese food, American food, local food

to use. SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver owns a transport van and will include transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for independent and wheelchair bound clients. This is inclusive of the monthly fee(no extra charge).
