I canʻt sing Roseʻs praises loudly enough! My search for a care home had become frustrating . I just wasnʻt finding a good fit for my dear 99 year old friend and time was running short. Then someone suggested calling Elite Care Finders. Rose was professional, caring and she listened carefully to my criteria and my friendʻs needs. Within 24 hours she had some suggestions one of which was perfect. Rose was on top of everything all the time. The assessment was done quickly, the agreement signed,the Case Manager hired, and she followed through with the rehab facility to be sure all the discharge needs were completed, meds ordered, equipment in place. I was kept informed of each step along the way and she came to the Care Home on day of admission to be sure all went smoothly. Elite Carefinders was so helpful in helping to place our mother with dementia for respite care. Rose helped us find possible facilities and stayed in touch constantly. From the very start when I first contacted Rose, she was very helpful and professional. She gave us nothing but positive feedback and assurance that we needed to hear. She gave us references of Care Givers to meet with and they were all that she had said. Rose was nothing but PHENOMENAL! She is the definition of going "above and beyond"! It is never an easy decision to place a loved family member into a care home.
