Two 24/7 live-in nurses and four nurse assistants in each home provide personal and professional care. Custom-Built for Peace of MindIf your own home is not retrofitted to address aging needs and safety challenges, there are options. All 11 Manoa Senior Care homes are architecturally-designed for safety and comfort. Modern + Traditional High ceilings, large windows and classic furnishings set Manoa Senior Care apart. Each resident has their own private bedroom and adjoining full bathroom located on the first floor. The spacious living and dining areas are comfortable and easily accessible, for privacy or therapeutic activities and socializing. The same-level porches provide sun and fresh air without leaving the house. Room size: largest room at 300 sq. ft. Furnished with full sized bed. We Make Caring Personal Two live-in nurses and a staff of four nurse aides provide 24-hour care for eight residents. The ratio of staff-to-resident assures personal, attentive care. Fresh-cooked meals are planned for individual nutritional needs. Transportation to doctor appointments, medication management and personal care are tailored for each resident. Manoa Cottage is a small, locally owned and operated family company, located near the heart of Honolulu. Each of our three cottages house up to eight residents in a familiar, home-like setting, surrounding a central courtyard, garden, and koi pond. Our compassionate staff provides 24/7 care and assistance with activities of daily living, and our on-site nurse manager works with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure proper care for each individuals’ needs.Manoa Cottage accepts residents with a wide range of care needs; from fully ambulatory (Assisted Living Level) to Intermediate Care (Nursing Home Level). Our staff works with the residents’ doctors, physical therapists, speech therapists, registered dietitians, and hospice to provide the best possible care. Adult Foster Home
This Adult Foster Home is located in beautiful Manoa. This private room has gorgeous views of Diamond Head. SERVICES PROVIDED: 24 hour supervision Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions. Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care Medication Management Monitoring Vital Signs Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions Activities: Individualized per client's preferences Laundry Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
