This private room is large and  includes hospital bed, A/C, TV, cable, wi-fi, night stand and lamp.  The Care Provider offers all types of cuisine.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client’s preferences & dietary restrictions.  Serves all types of cuisine: American, Mexican and Asian food.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Coordination with healthcare team
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
