This Adult Foster home is located in Village Park(Waipahu). Only minutes to QMC-West.

Care Provider  has additional staff to assist at home. Has 2 staff at all times.

This home has a comfortable covered lanai for residents to get fresh air and relax. The backyard also has a small koi pond for residents and visitors to enjoy.

The private room is bright, comfortable , and inviting. The room comes furnished with a recliner for resident to enjoy napping or for doing activities while seated.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client’s preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
