This Adult Foster home is located in  Waipahu. It is approximately 15-20 minutes drive from Mililani and 30-45 minutes drive from Kaneohe and Kailua over the H-3 freeway. Eateries and shopping center within just a few minutes from home. Only  minutes to QMC-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. This home has a very relaxing  covered lanai where residents can sit with family or visitors or get some fresh air.

This Private room size is 121 sq.ft.  (slightly larger than most standard rooms)

SERVICES PROVIDED:

Caregiver works FULL TIME at home caring for residents and has 4 secondary caregivers.

• 24 hour supervision
• Meals: Nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client’s preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Daily Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
