This Adult Foster Home is located in Waipahu. Conveniently located near freeway and only minutes to Queens Medical Center-West and Pali Momi Medical Center. This private room is large. This home has a stunning koi pond at the entrance of the home. Caregiver also has a large, beautiful collection of succulents plants and air plants in her garden.

Note: A/C may be placed in room upon request.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: Home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client’s preferences & dietary restrictions. Caregiver specializes in local food.
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences;Arts & Crafts
Personal care
Medication Management
Laundry
Transportation: Provided to doctor’s appointments if client able to transfer in and out of car
