This Expanded Adult Residential Care Home (E-ARCH) is located in Waipahu. Care home operator works full time at home as a caregiver and is also an LPN. This home is close to freeway, and only 15 minutes to Pali Momi Medical Center and Queens Medical Center-West. The private room is charming and comes furnished with a hospital bed, T.V.,night stand and lamp. This home has a magnificent collection of air plants that surrounds the entire lanai which makes it a stunning place to relax. SERVICES PROVIDED: Caregiver works full time at home

24 hour supervision
Meals: Home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Specialize in local food and per client’s preferences
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
