Experienced and highly skilled RN Has worked in ICU, Emergency room, critical care transport nurse(in ambulance) and acute dialysis nurse. Able to provide care to complex care clients (including patients with tracheostomy and ventilator dependent). Has additional staff (secondary caregiver) to assist with care at home. She will also plan to have two additional secondary caregivers who are both LPNs once cleared by CTA. Additional skills: proficient with hoyer lift

This beautiful Adult Foster Home is located in sunny Waianae in an attractive neighborhood. Fantastic mountain views and just minutes to beach and medical care at Waianae Coast Comprehensive Center. This home also has a very nice outside patio for residents to enjoy fresh air and relaxation. The Care Provider is a very experienced RN with decades of experience. This home is specially equipped to manage all types of clients including more complex care clients. The private room is large, bright and comfortable. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Care Provider has their own transport van with wheelchair lift to be used for appointments,etc.
