This Adult Residential Care Home is located in Pearl City. Home is newly built with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. Conveniently located minutes to Pali Momi Medical Center. This care provider has private and shared rooms available. Each room is beautifully custom decorated for residents comfort.

Care provider owns a van for outings 1-2x/week

SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client’s preferences & dietary restrictions. Specializes in local food: spaghetti, barbecue, etc.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
