This Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is located in Pearl City. Conveniently located 15 minutes to town, and minutes to Pali Momi Medical Center.

This family owns two friendly small dogs that provide companionship for the residents.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client’s preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Care Provider owns a transport van that can accommodate wheelchair to transport to appointments.
