About This Home

This Adult Foster home is fully renovated with modern comforts and located in Pacific Palisades of Pearl City. Care Provider has 20 years of experience. Home has expansive living room and the private suite is spacious measuring 126 sq. ft. , and has two closets. Includes a semi-electric hospital bed, beddings, night stand and lamp, a geriatric chair. The private suite is conveniently located next to the main bathroom. NOTE: portable A/C and TV may be added upon request. SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions.
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Monitoring Vital Signs
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
