This beautiful renovated  Adult  Foster Home  is located in Makakilo (Kapolei). This home is   just 5 minutes from eateries and shopping centers and 10 minutes to Queens Medical Center-West. The private room is modern, bright and charming and comes furnished with a  hospital bed, A/C, TV, a personal closet and wi-fi access. The bathroom is beautifully designed and  is handicap accessible. This home has a lanai overlooking  a stunning panoramic ocean view overlooking Kapolei and Ko'olina. SERVICES PROVIDED:
  • 24 hour supervision
  • Meals: Home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client's preferences & dietary restrictions. Caregiver specializes in local food.
  • Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
  • Activities: Individualized per client's preferences
  • Personal care
  • Medication Management
  • Laundry
  • Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
